1. Property
Material: polyurethane/ PU foam
Adhesive: 3M467MP, 3m468mp, 3m9075, 3m9448, 3m300LSE
Dimension and shape: Custom
Remark: adhesive can be backed on one side of PUfoam or double sides.
2. Processing
Firstly, QC checking all the material and model dimension;
Secondly, Backing adhesive to PU foam with laminating machine;
Thirdly, Cutting material basing on model size with cutting machine;
Fourthly, Die-cutting or Punching material to final product by model with CNC machine;
Fifthly, QC checking final product;
Finally, Packing with PE/ OPP bag, then carton.

* Filling gaps for LCD, cellphone, camera and ect.
* Shock-absorption, cushion.
* Preventing sound distortion.
* Improving the seal.
